Our leadership team recognizes the authority of God, and realizes that we are shepherds who serve under the Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ. We desire to devote ourselves to prayer and to the ministry of the Word. Our passion and goal is to equip the believers for the work of the ministry until we all attain maturity in the fullness of Christ.
Rev. O.B. Baul, Senior Pastor
Rev. Baul is a licensed an ordained minister, the Senior Pastor and co-founder of Church Without Walls Outreach Ministries Tulsa, Oklahoma. He is the Founder, of (V.I.P.) Vision In Progress Ministries Inc. a non-profit organization committed to helping young people find their true identity in Christ and to discover & develop their creative purpose in their generation; and also the Founder and President of Man Cave Mondays Ministry Inc. He attended Tulsa Community College, T. Oscar Chappelle School of Religion, and a graduate of Oklahoma Baptist and Southern Nazarene Universities.
Accepting his call into the ministry in 1987, he later was privileged to serve as Minister of Youth work, Minister of Outreach, coordinator, facilitator and group leader of the Young men For Christ, Prison Ministry Coordinator, Men’s Sunday school teacher, Singles Ministry group facilitator, and assisted the Pastor in the Marriage Enrichment and Marriage Awareness Ministries. He is a certified Behavior Health & Rehabilitation Specialist
Rev. Beverly Baul, Assistant Pastor
Rev. Baul is the Assistant Pastor and co-founder of Church Without Wall Outreach Ministries Inc.a ministry dedicated to reaching outside the walls of the church into the community and beyond with love, compassion and respect.
Rev Beverly Baul is a licensed and ordained minister who accepted her call to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ in 1986. She matriculated at Oklahoma State University, where she majored in Family and Child Development and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Environmental Science. She also holds Associate degrees in both Christian Studies and Human Services. Minister Baul has received numerous accommodations and awards, including The State of Oklahoma Legislature Commendation Award, Certificate of Appreciation – City of Tulsa, Mayor Susan Savage, Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. Alpha XI Sigma Chapter – Eight Biennial, Status of Women Award, just to name a few.
